We support inclusive governance, civic engagement, and accountability at all levels.

HAGSD-Cambodia strengthens democratic institutions and promotes participatory governance by empowering citizens to be active in public decision-making. Through civic education, voter outreach, anti-corruption campaigns, and support for grassroots movements, we foster environments where rights are protected, leaders are held accountable, and justice systems serve the people. We train local leaders, civil servants, and youth to understand their civic responsibilities and advocate for policy changes that prioritize transparency, rule of law, and human rights.
