Greetings and thank you for visiting HAGSD-Cambodia.
On April 2, 2024, I was honored to accept the role of Board of Director for the Humanitarian Alliance for Global Social Development – Cambodia (HAGSD-Cambodia). Prior to this, I served in senior leadership positions within the organization for nearly two years, gaining firsthand insight into the remarkable work we do every day.
Over the years, I have come to deeply appreciate the heart and mission of HAGSD-Cambodia. Having witnessed the impact of our programs in communities across the country, I am especially moved by our unique blend of professional excellence and relational commitment. We don’t just deliver services—we walk alongside the people we serve, guided by compassion, humility, and respect.
For more than 12 years, HAGSD-Cambodia has worked across all 25 provinces and cities of Cambodia, partnering with local communities, donors, and government stakeholders to create lasting change. From education and health to economic empowerment, humanitarian relief, and child protection, our programs touch the lives of children, the elderly, people with disabilities, widows, orphans, and other vulnerable groups—even in the most challenging circumstances.
We are a grassroots organization at heart. Our team of over 37 dedicated staff includes experts in child health, education, agriculture, microfinance, and more—supported by tens of thousands of local volunteers. Our approach is rooted in deep community relationships. We live and work among those we serve, listening to their stories, learning their needs, and helping unlock their potential.
Inspired by Christian values, HAGSD-Cambodia serves all people—regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. We do not discriminate, and we never require anyone to convert or change their faith to receive support. We believe in unconditional love, dignity, and inclusion for all.
Our vision aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations, and we have pledged to contribute to a Cambodia free from extreme poverty by 2030. At the heart of our mission is the promise to stand with the most vulnerable children and communities, ensuring they have access to opportunity, safety, and a better future.
