HAGSD-Cambodia operates through a transparent, accountable, and participatory leadership structure to ensure effective governance and impact. Our organizational structure includes:

• Board of Directors – Provides oversight, strategy, and policy direction.
• Executive Director & Senior Management – Oversees day-to-day operations, partnerships, and program performance.
• Departmental Heads – Lead teams in Education, Health, Livelihood, Child Protection, and Administration.
• Regional & Provincial Coordinators – Implement and monitor field activities, engage local authorities and partners.
• Community Volunteers & Field Workers – Represent our heart on the ground, connecting directly with families and individuals.
