Classrooms of Hope

Objective: To provide consistent access to quality education for underserved children by supporting school operations, materials, and teacher stipends.

Description: This campaign builds strong foundational learning environments for vulnerable children. Each supported child receives school fee assistance, access to learning supplies, and is taught by local teachers who are fairly compensated. The consistent presence of teachers and reliable resources improves literacy, attendance, and student engagement. Teachers are also given small training incentives, helping them deliver better, child-friendly education. As a result, over 90% of supported students have maintained regular attendance and demonstrated improved academic performance compared to previous terms.

Results So Far:

• 📚 Literacy levels increased by 38% among enrolled students.
• 👩‍🏫 Teacher retention rate improved to 95%.
• 🎒 100% of students now have basic school supplies.
  
  

Challenges & Next Steps: HAGSD-Cambodia will prioritize improved infrastructure (desks, classroom roofing) and digital tools to enhance the classroom experience by early 2026.
